Well, here we are on Day 68! Last night after t-ball and dinner, I set up for yoga. I admit I wasn't really in the mood and after about 40 minutes, I fast-forwarded through to the balance postures. That's the first time I've "cheated" but IMHO all of the Chatarunga moves are overkill. I think we could skip 10 of those and still be doing enough. This is kind of funny but because I can repeat pretty much everything Tony is going to say on every tape, it may be time for me to start muting my tv during workouts. I find that now I'm starting to talk back to him..lol
So tonight I'll be doing Legs and Back with Ab Ripper X. I prepared a graph of my progress yesterday on ARX and I was pretty impressed.
As for my health plan, I am doing a pretty good job of keeping fat grams to 20 per day. I went 2 over yesterday and 5 the day before. Today I'm on track...just need to stay there. Sometimes, like today at lunch, I have no idea how many fat grams are in something so I do a google search. The info. varies a lot but I always try to overestimate so I won't go over. I had hibachi chicken and brown rice for lunch today. I estimated it at 500 calories and 10 grams of fat. Hopefully that's close to right. ;-))
